Congress changed the rules. In November 2025, P.L. 119-37, Division B, §781 rewrote the federal definition of hemp. It tightens the limits on total THC, excludes cannabinoids not naturally produced by the plant, and caps finished products at 0.4 mg of total THC per container. Congress has since delayed most of those restrictions to December 11, 2026 (P.L. 119-103, §2019), but the clock is still running. We chose to close rather than wait and see.
To be clear, we are not saying all CBD is illegal. We are saying a small business like ours cannot plan, stock, or serve you inside this much uncertainty.
This is not over. It does not have to end this way. Lawmakers are still deciding what comes next, and they respond to people who show up. If you have ever felt better, slept better, or lived better because of hemp, now is the time to say so.

- Call. Write. Tell them your story in your own words. Ask for clear, sensible regulation that keeps safe, tested hemp products available to adults who choose them.
